METHODS OF EXPERTISE

COMPARISON METHODS (or market method)

It consists in assessing the market value of the property using terms of comparison consisting of sales relating to identical or at least similar buildings. The parameters used for the comparison vary according to the type of building. This can be the living area, the usable area, etc.
